  1. I just bought two rolls at home depot. They were $24 for 33 feet per roll

  2. I would go to a store that specializes in roofing. What you use under the shingles depends a lot on what shingles you are using. Lowes and Home Depot sell roofing materials, but you get a better quality if you find a store that sells JUST things like roofing and siding. There are 2 stores like that in our area. Only sell roofing and siding (plus the things you need to install).
